1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any digital products, services, platforms, and mobile applications developed or operated by Warship Technologies Ltd. (including Obyọma), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Products
Warship Technologies provides enterprise software, operating systems, and commerce tools for emerging markets. Our flagship product, Obyọma, enables fashion designers and workshops to manage client profiles, garment measurements, production tracking, and accounting.
3. Subscription Billing & Settlements
Subscriptions to our software suites are billed on a recurring quarterly, biannual, or annual cycle as selected by the user. All billing is processed securely via licensed payment gateways (including Paystack).
4. User Accounts & Conduct
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any fraudulent use, security breach attempts, or unauthorized reproduction of Warship Technologies proprietary intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
