Warship Technologies offers an initial 30-Day Free Trial for all new subscribers of Obyọma. Users can explore and utilize all core tools with zero billing commitment during this period.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel or downgrade their active subscription plan at any time through the in-app Subscriptions menu or by contacting support@warshiptechnologies.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
3. Refund Requests
In the event of accidental duplicate charges or demonstrable system billing errors, users may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the charge. Validated claims are credited back to the original funding account via Paystack within 5 to 10 business days.
